Past Projects and Campaigns

Play Hoops.

Launched Play Hoops  in 2022, a platform aimed at driving participation and streamlining the process of signing up to play basketball in Victoria. 

Originally broached as a way to help participants get back to basketball after COVID-19, playhoops.com.au will assist associations, clubs and facilities by showcasing to casual basketball fans that they can get involved in the sport on an ongoing basis.

Was key in the discovery, due diligence and initial start-up of PlayHQ to have Basketball Victoria the founding partner in 2018. PlayHQ now has 60% of Australian Community Sport on-boarded, over 2 million users and over 6,000 sporting clubs and organisations across a number of sports including basketball, AFL, Cricket, Netball and Hockey.

PlayHQ is a grassroots organisation, dedicating to uplifting grassroots sport. With offices in Australia, India and Ukraine, they have a team of more than 100+ passionate and talented engineers, designers, analysts, strategists and product experts.

Led the brand creation & campaign direction to launch MyHoops, an immersive app for community and grassroots basketball - powered by PlayHQ - you can follow your favourite player, team, club or association, live scores, detailed statistics - anytime, anywhere!

Launched in February 2023, number 1 app for downloads in Sports in Apple Store for the month.

Travel Happy

VicRoads awareness campaign aimed at improving behaviour on Victorian roads. Travel Happy – Share the Road used positive messages to highlight how each road user’s mood and behaviour can impact road safety for everyone.

PUMA Social After Hours Bowling presented by VICE

PUMA Social After Hours Bowling presented by VICE saw hundreds of would-be athletes descend upon Strike Bowling venues across Sydney and Melbourne. Bowlers were treated to a very special performance by THE GO! TEAM, they rocked the crowds from custom stages atop the bowling lanes.

Save Your XMAS Party.

Strike Bowling campaign for the Christmas party season. Consumers could enter a competition to win a Christmas party at Strike Bowling to avoid any office party conundrums.

Social Media Powered Flight

Campaign to launch Strike Bowling Bar’s new venue at Melbourne Central by launching Strike's Social Media Manager 40 feet into the air using the power of Social Media. Every like, tweet & share was rewarded with 'one small squirt for man', a small squirt of helium into the balloons. After 8 hours of filling balloons we successfully created the worlds first social media powered human flight!

Strike Bowling - Rebrand and Website Launch

Created, managed and implemented the Strike brand reposition in 2011, resulting in key changes in: design, logo, digital strategy, new website launch*, music program, interior design and mass media.

* New Strike Bowling website was created in partnership with Loud & Clear agency (now Avanade) utilising Sitecore, Salesforce and Marketo.
